People often ask me, โIs coaching really worth the money?โ
Letโs be honest - we regularly spend hundreds of pounds (or other currency) each month on things that give us a quick boost: a haircut, our nails, a night out, new clothes, skincare, the latest tech. All totally valid. But how often do those things address whatโs going on inside?
That stuck feeling.
That sense of "Is this it?"
The nagging belief that thereโs got to be more to work and life, but you canโt quite see what, or how to get there.
Many people tell me about their frustrations.
Wanting to move forward but being held back by structures, the environment, or by their own fears. They use their energy to vent, but then go back to doing what they've always done. Repeating the same cycle. But they donโt take meaningful action to change their situation.
Thatโs where coaching comes in.
You donโt hire a coach because somethingโs wrong with you.
You hire one because youโre ready to get unstuck.
Coaching creates space to pause, unpack whatโs holding you back, and map a path that fits you. Itโs not vague advice - itโs powerful, focused conversation that builds clarity, accountability, and confidence.
Thatโs why organisations invest in coaches for their senior leaders.
Not to fix them, but to unlock their full potential.
So, is coaching worth it?
Only you can answer that.
But perhaps a better question is:
When was the last time you invested in something that could change the way you think, lead, and live - not just for a moment, but for good?
